Who We Are

Griffon Group, LLC has three Managing Directors who have worked together for more than three years. In addition to these managers, Griffon has four Associates who have special skills applicable to many different aspects of housing authority administration and management.

Additionally, throughout their careers Griffon team members have worked with many architects, attorneys, builders, financial institutions, and social service providers who can be called upon to augment our immediate staff.

Please note that four Griffon team members were authorized by HUD as Hope VI Expediters under the original expediter program. Currently Griffon has a staff of nine individuals approved as expediters under the existing HOPE VI Expediter Blanket Purchase Agreement.
